Apple TV app not recognizing my Plex Pass

I tried changing the app icon on my Apple TV Plex app, but it asks me to subscribe to a Plex Pass. I am a Lifetime subscriber, and it wouldn’t recognize my subscription. Even if I clicked on the “Restore Purchase” button. Any insight into what’s wrong?

I’ve got the same issue. I also have Lifetime Plex Pass and it restore purchase does not work. Have you found a solution?
