This a two part issue with autoplay that we’re trying to solve (and banging out heads against the wall trying to work it out).
At the end of a movie or tv episode, Plex on the Apple TV annoyingly reduces the video down to a smaller window to show the “up next” or if on an episode of a program it will show the next one queuing up. The main issue here is sometimes the credits are barely rolling and the window is already reduced – this is an issue since at the end of a documentary (or movie) they frequently place text right before the credit roll. We tried turning off auto play .. but still it reduced the video down to that smaller window. I would love to have the “up next” perhaps show up at the end of the credits or movie, which makes more sense especially if I can then skip the credits. I’m a missing something or is that not possible?
The other part to what I’m asking above is where exactly are the playback options for what I’m describing located on the Apple TV Plex menu? We tried settings, but the menu is horribly lacking and honestly needs to be more intuitive. Again, what are we missing?
