Plex on AppleTV is starting to auto play next episode which I do not want.
I have gone into the settings of the Plex app for AppleTV and auto play is already set to OFF
Please help!!

In what situation are you experiencing this and which exact version of the Plex app do you have installed on your Apple TV?

While watching a show / collection of movies with auto-play being disabled, Plex should stop at the post-play screen (up next).
If you’re watching videos from a playlist, will automatically continue playback of the next item.

This behavior hasn’t changed for me.

I have been doing what I have been doing for along time, playing a episode then up next when it finishes but over the last 2 days some episodes will start counting down and automatically playing the next episode.
Not sure what else I can say that I am doing different!!
Running latest version!

Also what was strange was the Skip Credits box changed to orange/yellow

Using TestFlight I downgraded from 8.36 to 8.35 and all is working fine now!!

I just upgraded to latest and have the same auto play issue with countdown. How did you downgrade client?

If you’re on beta open the TestFlight app and you can downgrade there. If you’re on the store release you can’t.

I have the TestFlight app on my AppleTV, I just downgraded to the previous version and turned off auto updates

Great, how about the option to automatically skip Intros and credits?
Just a stab in the dark!!

If y’all have time, could you try switching the Auto Play switch on then off in the Settings > Experience screen? That may be a workaround while I get the fix pushed out.

I tried that last night. Tried rebooting between changing toogle state too.

It’s out in the Public Beta if you’re in that. But not pushed to the App Store.
Did the build fix your issue or is it still broken?
