Apple TV - Can't Display Library

Server Version#: 1.25.2.5319
Player Version#: 7.26
While using Plex on my Apple TV, I can see media in Recommended or Collections, but when I try to display Library it spins for a couple minutes and displays “No Content”. I have tried scanning/refreshing library, I have tried uninstalling the Apple TV app, and re-installing it, I have rebooted the server,

May I have the DEBUG log files ZIP please?

( recreate this one more time, wait 30 seconds, then download the logs ZIP file )

Here you are, thank you in advance!!

@erikharmon

There is a serious system problem here.

Your processor should be able to retrieve at least 3000 items in 10ms.
What you have is almost a full 1/2 second for 3 items.

Either the CPU is grossly overloaded
-or-
The disk I/O is horrific slow
-or-
The database is huge, bloated, or fragmented – or some combination of the three.

This isn’t behaving like a client issue at all. It’s a server issue.

Thank you for your quick response!!
Must be the database, it’s running on a sever with a threadripper 3970x that is almost never above 2%, and the appdata is running on a m.2. I am optimizing the DB now to see what happens. I haven’t done that before, ever, and I’ve been running plex for some time.

That machine is a beast. I almost built a NAS using it.

I instead opted to go with something a little easier/more mainstream for my “more senior years” (Xeon E5-2690v4) :sunglasses:
