Apple TV HD Stopping Playback Mid-Episode

I have mp4s on my Synology DS218+ where Plex is running. On my Apple TV HD (4th Generation one), it will regularly pause an episode with no error message. If I then click play on the remote, it will resume playing again with no issues at all. I have settings on Apple TV for Maximum Quality at home, Allow Direct Playback, and turned OFF Auto Adjust Quality. Is there something else I can do to keep this from happening every episode at least once per episode?

Mine does this from time to time, it’s not very often and I just hit play again. I’m using a Synology DS1019+ and an AppleTV 4th gen.

Thanks - I use the 192.168.1.0 subnet so I’ve added it as above. Let’s see if it makes any difference.
