I have a Sony Android TV, Plex app and an Apple TV+ subscription.

Can I watch Apple TV+ through the Plex app?

Apple TV+ app is not available on my TV.

Then you can’t.

Plex is not able to act as a native client for whichever streaming service you’ve subscribed to. Legal and technical hurdles prevent it from doing so.
