In the static backgrounds of Plex ( on Apple TV 4K ) when video is is 10 bit mode 4;2:2
Under these circumstances the backgrounds suffer color banding that is unpleasant
Any way to solve this without turning of 10 bit on the Apple Tv?

yes! same issue. only happens with enhanced player enabled. affects all dark backgrounds on all videos
