AppleTV player not playing the 2nd and 3rd audio tracks

Server Version#: Latest on qnap NAS
Player Version#: Latest TVOS

The ATV only plays the primary audio track even if I select the other tracks, subtitles work fine. Now, if I play the same file on iphone or ipad, the other audio tracks works perfectly.
This is quite an interesting issue here…

Which model Apple TV do you have? And are all of your files MP4s that are having the issue?

I have the latest AppleTV and the latest SW versions all over.
Yes these are mp4, they work on every other players (iphone, ipad, SonyTV, web, Samsung TV, Android) fine,
They also work with iTunes and VLC on the appleTV, so this is clearly not an AppleTV issue, but the Plex player on the AppleTV has a clearly a big issue here from what I can see,
If the other AppleTV players work, why not Plex?

“latest” is not helpful. 2 different models came out at the same time last.

I cannot reproduce the issue. Would you mind putting a sample file i can test with on Google Drive or similar and message me a link to it

I did some more tests on my side, since I have more than one ATV, one is working fine and one is not, so this is becoming interesting,
The two ATVs are the exact same models (A2843 - 148GB) and have the same TVOS (latest) and configuration. It happens not only for this file, but all of them with multi-audio tracks. Let me try to remove Plex app and reinstall it on the one that does not play game here…

OK so I just did this and now, it works again like supposed to. I guess something must have been corrupted while doing upgrades on the ATV somehow. The solution was remove the app, reboot ATV, reinstall Plex app, login again and now it works.
