AppleTV won't find server until restart

AppleTV HD tvOS 13.0 plex app version 2.11.2(1) connected via ethernet to a mac mini running Plex Media server 1.18.2. Since the latest update the AppleTV can not find the server until I restart the AppleTV, this has been every day, server is not connected and trying to reconnect does not work, only a restart of the AppleTV seems to work.
