Until recently if I tapped the radio icon (eaves on both sides of a dot) on an artist I got library radio for that artist that was that artist and adjacent artist’s stuff. That no longer works and clicking the more (vertical dots) and clicking Artist Radio now only plays that artist.
I have checked the settings for my music collection, and it’s set to Plex Music and set to include popular tracks.
Why is it not doing what it used to?
We’d need to see server logs to understand, but it’s possible you turned off popular track metadata inside the library settings “Load popular track data, which powers radio stations and the popular tracks area”. It’s also possible you ran into a server regression which made music libraries lose some metadata, so refreshing all the metadata might help.
I checked before posting. It’s enabled.
There were a to. With no metadata at all for artists. I deleted the entire collection and recreated which brought in the artwork etc. but it’s still disabled on artist.
Here’s the only suspect things from the logs:

I’m also going to edit the title of this post because we’re talking about Artist Radio and not Library Radio, right?
Other possibility is you’re using the app with a user who is not the owner of a server and you’ve saved TIDAL music to your server. Another one is a lack of similar artist data.
I’m the owner of the server, the only user with access to plexamp as the only PlexPass holder, and I don’t use Tidal.
Where can I upload the logs to where it isn’t public because there’s definately public IP addresses in here that I don’t want floating around.
