Astro Boy Ultra Collector's Edition

I’m new to Plex and have been doing well so far, but I’m having problems now. I have the Astro Boy Ultra Collector’s Edition Sets 1 and 2 from Right Stuf, and having problems getting Plex to match up the episode information correctly. When getting the episodes from the disks, there is only a single file on the disk that contains 5 episodes, so the first file I have named Astro Boy (1960) - s01e001-e05. At first it was pulling modern series of Astro Boy instead of the 1963 original. I finally figured out how to fix that by selecting fix match. The problem I’m having now is that the only match I can find has the episodes in the original Japanese airing order and the episode order in the set is the original US order. Other than manually editing the metadata myself, is there a way to fix this?

Plex doesn’t know about disc sets.
It only knows movies or tv shows.

Look up Astro Boy on TheTVDB
https://www.thetvdb.com/series/astro-boy

If the show was aired first in 1963, then you must use (1963) in the folder name. (It is much more important there than in the file names, btw)
Use a folder structure which follows the Plex recommendation for TV shows: https://support.plex.tv/articles/200220687-naming-series-season-based-tv-shows/

Use a ripping software which allows you to split the episodes into separate files.
If your multi-episode files have at least chapter markers at the episode boundaries, you can use these to split the files yourself. [HowTo]: splitting multi-episode files with MKVtoolnix GUI

Thank you for your help OttoKerner! Unfortunately the episode order in TheTVDB is the original Japanese airing order and the collection has the episodes in the original US airing order which is not the same. Looks like my solution is going to be to try to split out the combined file into single episode files. Wish me luck!
