For some reason I’ve found Plex is not respecting when I’ve specifically chosen TVDB aired ordering, e.g One Piece, Season 7 onwards… I’ve set the show to use TVDB aired ordering, which is how many episiodes are named but when checking episode names they matched against the TMDB ordering which is not correct… example S07E09 = Rebel Warrior Koza! The Dream Vowed to Vivi! (TVDB) but plex shows = The Gold and Waver Recovery Operations (TMDB) for the life of me I cannot get it to pull through the TVDB metadata…
Tried the Plex Dance etc moving it in and out clearing bundles emptying trash etc…
This issue is caused by bad data on TMDB, seasons 7 to about 15 had episodes with the wrong external TVDB ids entered. We’re working on preventing this bad data from affecting us but for now I’ve just removed all the bad IDs from these episodes on TMDB.
You’ll need to wait a couple of days and then refresh the metadata for the show, it should correct itself then.
I looked now and the episode you provided for an example shows correctly on our end now. Could you refresh the show and let me know if the rest of the episodes are also correct now?
