Yesterday my plex server sudenly stopped working. Going to the usual server page http://10.0.0.100:32400/web (or clicking on icon in asustor portal) returns blank error window - cant connect to server. I updated to latest version, restarted asustor, uninstalled plex, reinstalled manually. Still the same situation.
This happend few moths ago and reinstalling solved the issue.
Any ideas what could i do?
I tried to search older version of server apk but cant find it. Would that solve the issue?

after few day and another reinstall started working again. Maybe messing with plex folder on my NAS helped. Perhaps even complete erase of folder and than reinstall would help sooner…
I am having the same problem - 100% of the time get the error message “This site can’t be reached”. This is regardless of how I launch the app. I have uninstalled/reinstalled - nothing. I can’t even restart the process from scratch. My NAS is completely gone inside my Plex account as well and I can’t seem to recover it. The last version mention in my Authorized Devices is 1.23.4.4805-186bae04e. I have removed and can’t get anything back.
Literally any ideas at all are welcome - I’m at a total loss. Thank you!
