AT&T Fiber (BGW210-700 Modem) Remote Access Problem

I have AT&T Fiber and BGW210-700 Modem. From the modem, I have connected via ethernet directly to my plex media server running on Windows 10.

For my smart TV’s Plex Player, I am connected to the wifi directly from the AT&T Modem.

From the Modem, I’ve connected to NetGear NightHawk R7000 Router. Right as of now, I only use this wifi for my printer and my phones.

I’ve fixed the IPv4 address for my plex media server to an address as below.

I’ve tried manually specifying the port to 32400, but I don’t have much luck.

When I try to connect or retry the remote access, it shows that the remote access is available for a few seconds before it shows the red text and tells me it’s not reachable from outside my network.

I’m not entirely sure why my server is failing to connect to the internet and I’d appreciate any advices and instructions on how to mend this issue.
