AppleTV has issues playing 1080p content

I have several AppleTVs - same model (A1842) running same version of iOS The issue I am having appears to occur only on one of my AppleTV devices regardless of which Television it is connected to.

On this device, if I stream a 1080p movie, and I interrupt the stream by pausing or trying trying to jump to a different part of the movie, the Plex will freeze. The image freezes and Plex does not respond to the menu button.

Perhaps there is just something wrong with the AppleTV, but if anyone has any troubleshooting ideas, I would appreciate your thoughts.

Step 1. Reinstall Plex app

bob982, have you tried using the microphone on the AppleTV remote to skip around? Do you have the same behaviour? I have generally found that the AppleTV Plex app responds more reliably to skipping around using the Siri remote voice command rather than the touch pad.
