Morning, I’m receiving ‘Trailers is unavailable . Try again later.  I’ve spent hours reinstall, reconfiguring and I just cannot get it to load.  Please can you help?

•   The DNS server set on the ATV (found under the ATV settings > general > network > DNS): 192.168.0.9  <------This ip should point to the ip Plexconnect server

•   The local IP address of the device that PlexConnect is installed on: 192.168.0.6 <----- Wich is this

Change DNS on the ATV to 192.168.0.6 should do the trick

Thank you for your prompt address.  Reference to ' The local IP address of the device that PlexConnect is installed on: 192.168.0.6' was a typo, it should be 192.168.0.9.  I'm still receiving the same error though.  Any ideas?

Try downloading and installing the latest version of Plexconnect from Baa’s github.

Thanks institute11, I've just redownloaded it from Baa's gitbut, but still the same error.

Please provide a new settings.cfg and log using the new install.

Thanks Institue11,

Here's the settings.cfg

The fastest solution opposed to troubleshooting is use the plexify app, It will generate everthing for you brand new, even the certs and walk you thru the entire installation automagically. If its still not working maybe you have a firewall or webserver or something else weird blocking ports. I would recommend deleting all the profiles from the atv and using the plexify generated cert on the atv. Restart router, mac, atv everything. Post results. You can use my signature or ibaa plexconnect wiki.
