aTV plex stopped working

Hey everyone, new user here to. Mac and plex. Last night I installed plex on the aTV. Loaded a movie on the computer to test, worked like a charm. Was going through the “trailers” app on aTV to view plex library. Last night, perfect. Today I keep getting the error that says “trailers not available. Try again later” anyone seen this before? Any ideas to fix?

Is the plexconnect.py process still running?

How do I tell if the plexconnect.py is running? I'm sorry, absolutely new to Mac, I've just got my first mac last Thursday...Forgive my arrogance

Did you restart your mac before it stopped working? And if so, did you install PlexConnect as a service (so that it autostarts) or did you just runt the good 'ol sudo ./PlexConnect.py ?

The case might be as easy as you having to start up PlexConnect again :)

I have the same problem and on a second machine (friends computer where I installed Openplex too), appears the same error. I used iMovie instead the trailers app and suddenly it stopped working. I can't think of a reason and the log says it is running:

I now tried with the Trailers app and WSJ Live. Same problem on both...

certificate expired?

If this is the case, it should work with new certificates, right? I already tried to install new certificates, it didn't change a thing...

Also removed the old from aTV? Then installed the new ones?

From your earlier port: what is "suddenly"? Any new software installed? iOS update? Firewall on your computer?

The log can only help if it shows at least SOME aTV activity. ATV DNS correctly set to 192.168.1.44?
