Audience ratings not showing in Plex Media Player

Hi, the audience rating (IMDB or ROT) are not showing in Plex Media Player. I see them in Plex for Windows but not in PMP. Can you correct this?

Plex Media Player is no longer being developed. The last update was May 2020.

Try Plex HTPC instead.

Oh, this is a well guarded secret! Why is this app not showing on the download site? I just installed it but it always crash after 1-2 minutes. Is there a fix for it?

Plex still considers Plex HTPC a forum preview, not a released product.

Not sure about the crashing. It seems stable on my PC, but I don’t use it day to day.

Maybe try toggling the hardware decoding and/or refresh rate switching options?
