I've been having problems with audio desynchronization in Plex for a while now.
The audio comes somewhere between 25ms and 100ms before the image.
This seems to only happen when the audio is transcoded, (whether the video is transcoded or not doesn't seem to matter).
In PHT this doesn't seem to be a problem, but on my android tablet and samsung player it seems to be consistent.
It seems like it doesn't happen with all files, but I haven't been able to find any common denominator with the files that are desynced, they are both HD and SD, 24p and not 24p, aac and mp3.
My setup:
Server:
PMS v0.9.8.6.175 on Windows 7 x64
Clients:
PlexPass for Android v3.1.5.41 on Nexus 7
PHT v0.9.10.2.44 on Windows 7 x64
Plex for Samsung v1.006 on BD-F6500
I have tried doing a clean install of the server, and also reinstalled the Nexus 7, but the problem persists.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
Edit: If I play the synced version of any file, the desync is gone.
