Audio "static" noise on certain 4K movies + HDR not working - Sony AF8 Android TV

Some 4K movies give this “knitting/static” noise when playing it on my Sony AF8 Android TV, which makes playing them unbarable. On my PC they work fine.
Also, other 4K movies play flawlessly, without a hitch. Not sure why I get this problem… I have a powerful PC and stable network connection, so most 4K movies play from start to finish without any stuttering or audio problems.
Since I play only 4K HDR movies, I only use direct-play, so transcoding of video is disabled.
Audio can still be transcoded from lossless (since my TV/sound system only has ARC, not eARC).

Also, HDR is not working on plex. It works fine on Netflix, my TV will automatically switch to HDR mode. On plex, it does not. (you can see the image is really washed out).

Ok, so I think the problem is DTS-HD audio.

True-HD works flawlessly. So does of course AC3. But DTS-HD is making the audio crackle. Doesn’t plex support it? Strange when True-HD works.

Anyone know why I have problems with DTS tracks?

Shouldn’t DTS work fine, as it always includes a core track that can be played, if your system doesn’t support the lossless one?
