Plex application won’t change the sound to track number two. The application gives me the option, I can select the second audio track, but the track does not change. I’ve cleared the application cache, reinstalled the application and restarted the server, but the problem remains. I’ve confirmed the issue is exclusive to the Samsung tv Plex application as I am able to toggle back and forth using the same video on my desktop PC.
I’m having the same issue with the new Samsung TV. Have you found a solution? I ended up remuxing the mkv removing all the unwanted audio tracks
I’m having the same issue on Samsung Frame TV. I am unable to select the English audio track and change the language. However I can select English audio for the same file on other plex apps and it works on other plex apps for Xbox, Mac, iOS and apple tv.
Same issue here with my two Samsung TVs, one brand new, the other 2+ years old. Audio plays in Italian for example and when you look at the audio tracks there are two but English is ticked. Changing to Italian plays in Italian as you would expect and changing back to English makes no difference.
The video plays perfectly on my PC.
