Audio transcoding because unsupported audio and SRT subtitles cause Samsung client to buffer until playback error message

When playing a movie with unsupported audio (which is transcoded to AAC) and SRT subtitle file, then the movie WILL START to play for exactly X minute and Y seconds (I presume it depends on the streamed bytes amount), but any movie will play for X minutes and Y seconds (obviously different values for each movie, but same amount every time played), transcoding is intermittent, most probably background (invisible) buffering is requesting it normally…
BUT then playback stops, visible buffering occurs, Plex Server (on Windows) will start to transcode continuously until Playback Error message on the TV. Other players will play correctly, so issue is with tizen app.

TV is a 2020 UE65TU8502UXXH, tizen 5.5.

Is anybody watching this? I am happy to provide any log file, but please, fix the SRT subtitle freeze on Samsung Tizen 5.5

I was able to reproduce this with one of my videos, I’ve filed an internal issue to get it fixed.
