Hello, I am getting this error
" [Req#3f1c9] Transcoder: Failed to delete session directory (boost::filesystem::status: Access is denied: “D:\plex-transcode-dvh9yok8k5st9tr3vnfs47hx-3240363d-e2fa-48e0-831d-cf36621e67a7\chunk-stream0-00050.m4s”)
Can someone help, thank you.
Also something important, the problem is present ONLY when the subtitles are enabled. There are PGS and SRT subtitles , the issue is present with both. Also I’ve tried the three options in the subtitles settings (Burn always, Never, Automatic) and still the issues is there.
I am not sure how to add the actual debug logs.
Thank you.
Its buffering for about 30 seconds and then I get “Unknown error”
If the issues is with the subtitles it should happen all the time because I am always watching with subtitles.
The issue is not present for all files.
It does seem to be sort of the same issue as I (and many others) have.
In my case this will always happen near the end of a video. Annoying.
If I dissable subtitles, the issue will not appear (when using direct stream).
When direct stream is disabled the issue will not appear, even with subtitles.
This issue never happened in the past so it must be a bug.
I totally agree with you. This is no solution at all, just a temporary fix (that happens to work for me).
We always used to watch videos via direct stream with subtitles but this has become impossible.
Hopefully plex will fix this issue soon so we can use the app like we used to.
I’m going to need to see logs. I am not aware of this issue. In the Plex for Samsung app, turn on the option to enable logging to your server. Playback a file and wait for the issue to occur. Let it run for another 30s after, then stop playback and get the server log. Upload it here.
Ugh. You have verbose logging enabled. Please turn that off and restart PMS. Repeat the steps above. It’s easier if you just get me the zip file of the logs.
@steven_sanchez Your logs show the video is only about 10 minutes long. That doesn’t sound right. These should be 15 minute episodes. It shows that around the 8.5 minute mark it stopped receiving data, like it hit the end of the file. Have you tried playing this file again to see if it’s an issue with the file?
