Authentication form does not appear on web page

I’m having a very strange problem, I can’t connect to plex when I launch Plex Media Server.
The web page that is supposed to give me the connection form only displays the logo :

After searching several forums I can’t find a rational explanation, I’ve checked that no pop-up blocker extension could be causing this problem, and I’ve actually tried several different browsers (including one that has no extension active to make sure it wasn’t coming from there).

Thank you in advance if you have any suggestions as to the origin of this script error.
