Authorisation failure when logging in locally

Server Version#: 1.19.2.2673
Player Version#: 4.22.3 (web client)

OK, just updated to Server Version#: 1.19.2.2673 and have got a strange one.

if I open up a web client window on a PC, NOT the one Plex server is running on, but on the same LAN network, it works OK, right up to the point if I try and log in (needed to change any user settings).

As soon as I try, it takes me to: https://app.plex.tv/auth/#!?

then once I sign in, it goes a loop, first it authorised OK, then returns to the local server address and tries to launch, then returns to https://app.plex.tv/auth/#!? saying ‘There was an error signing in’

Oddly, if I try this from an external network, no problem, works as it should.

Tried clearing cookies etc, but at a bit of a loss to understand what the issue is?

Anybody got any thoughts?
