In my Plex server when I use the web app and click on authorised devices I get an error message stating that authorised devices are not available ?

I have tried all of these and still devices are not showing with error “your devices are unavailable”
What else could be causing this ?
Plex logs uploaded if this is of any use when I look at now playing I am also not seeing the x to stop playback on the device so may be related ?
So I’m having the same trouble. I have a device that is logged into my account, I can see it active when it is watching a movie, but it is not showing up in my Authorized Devices. I’m just wondering if that means there could be other Authorized Devices that are being used and I dont know about it… It is a Plex issue not updating the Authorized Devices list?
Having the same issues myself. I have various games systems, rokus and tv’s only show up when an active stream is going, but is no where to be found otherwise. Can anyone from plex team chime in on this one?
