About two months ago I logged in and authorized my old roommates Insignia Roku TV 32" on my Plex server. I figured I could remove the TV later on. I was gonna remove it two weeks ago but never saw it on my authorized devices list. Now today I see someone watching on that TV but it is still not in my authorized devices so I can’t revoke access. How can I fix this? Someone else posted this issue back in October and it had several people complaining about the issue but that thread is now closed and no one has answered this question. I really don’t like that I can’t revoke access to the device.

Did you create a dedicated managed user for your roommate?
If so, try deleting this user.
