Because not all authorized devices appear, you want to cancel access to a person and since it does not appear there, you cannot.

You can’t cancel a person’s access using their authorized devices. If you no longer want to share media with them, you’ll need to use the Manage Library Access section:

Not all of them appear, the one I want to remove is an iPhone user and does not appear in the list

In that case you seem to have a more substantial problem, that some of your friends seem to be sharing their Plex account credentials with others to give them access to other servers (incl. yours).
If they’re streaming from your server, the dashboard should list which account is involved. You might want to talk with that friend (or kick them off your server if they keep doing this).

but it uses a profile of my account called others to view the content then it should appear as an authorized device

What do you mean by „a profile of your account“? Is this a managed user in your Plex Home?

Yes and it doesn’t appear on authorized devices and there are some more that don’t and I don’t understand why.

Are you sure they are using the Plex for ios app? If they are accessing through a web browser it will appear as Plex web, even if it’s from an iphone.

Ok. So how are you checking for the device? Are you logging in as that user? Can you show the authorized devices list?

That user is a managed user in your Plex Home.
Therefore they should appear if you go to
Settings - Account - Plex Home
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/plex-home
From there you can delete this user.

Keep in mind that a managed user is using yout own username and password. If they have stored that somewhere in their device, they can always log back in. In this case you should change your ownb password and log out all devices.
Unfortunately, this will affect all your managed users, as well as your server.
