Since the recent update all of my videos stutter. I have to stop and change to auto convert. There is no way to set that for Apple TV. I am at the point of stopping to use Plex. It is brutal.
Anyone have work around? How do you tell Apple TV /Plex to use auto convert and not have it stop each video and try. My kids have stopped using plex. It is too complex for them.
Very sad given the content I have and I am a premium member but no way to get support (warning to those that pay for premium). You don’t get support. We did in the past but not anymore.
