Auto detect changes on Plex Server is now broken!

Previously before last couple of servers updates my server would respond to changes in its media libraries if I removed something, added something, or moved something from one lib to another within a 10 seconds. Now all the updates I have to manually force “scan library files” on each library or they never show the new updates. Did something change, or did one of the recent updates break this ability?

Not really.
Can you share some details about your setup, e.g. is the media stored on an internal drive on your server, an external drive directly connected to it or some network drive? Have you verified automatic scans are still enabled in your server settings?
