so I’m using Plex on a Fire TV Stick 4K Max. when I am watching a show, and the next episode automatically starts, you only get sound and subtitles, no picture. if you back out of the player, and then hit play again, everything is fine. I have not noticed this happening on my Android phone
This is a bug I’ve also seen in the Android TV app. When this happens do you notice that the post-play screen does not show up? You can avoid this by hitting the back button on your remote when the episode reaches near the end forcing the post play screen to appear. When the count down finishes, or you hit play/ok to skip the countdown, the next episode should play normally.
I hadn’t noticed if the post play screens were coming up or not. do I have to do it through the countdown? I can’t just hit the next episode button?
You can jump to the next video from the player controls too. The problem I found is when the video ends and it tries to automatically go to the next video. That’s when things go wacky and the video stops showing.
