I have been a Plex Pass member since 29/03 and in that time not a single photo has been auto-tagged. My logs are full of ‘AutoTagging is throttled’ messages but no tags are visible at all. I have followed the instructions for creating the photo library, including dropping and recreating, and definitely have the ‘Automatically tag’ option selected.
What is going wrong?
Do you have more than 1 server or running your server on a network that is shared with others? There is a limit per IP on how many photos can be tagged in a certain time period.
There was another plex server on a pc in the same home network, but it only had a single video in its library - definitely no photos there, so that shouldn’t have affected this?
Ok, please provide me the log from PMS so I can check for this error and see what else might be going on.
