Could be related to how you sync the files to your NAS. The Syno could be triggering the file system events used by the automatic scan too soon, when the copy is still in progress. https://support.plex.tv/articles/201543057-why-is-some-of-my-content-not-found/

I noticed mine quit working a few months ago also. It used to work fine on my Synology, then I guess maybe 2 or 3 months ago it stopped.

Are you also directly syncing files to the library folder ( post #2 )? If not, have you verified the number of monitored folders on your Syno is adequate ( post #3 )?

I’ve tried manually copying single music files directly to the NAS Music folder, but still can’t get an automatic scan. I’m only monitoring 2 libraries, and I’ve made sure that read/write permissions cover all folders, sub-folders and files.
