- Whenever a new version is detected, PMS downloads and MacOS asks for permission to install. In the meantime and until this permission is granted, this has the effect of disconnecting the server (which I have installed in a Mac Mini).
- I routinely access my Plex content from overseas, hence cannot easily manage remotely access rights. I also have multiple users in the family using various devices (Macs, iPhones, iPad and Apple TV).
- In PMS I have checked the box “ask me” related to server updates but I believe this is more of a MacOS issue related to permissioning.
Does anybody know any workaround to prevent new updates from even being downloaded?
