Automatically adjust quality - Bandwidth not detected

Hi there!

I want to use Automatically adjust quality on my Android and iOS devices. I’m on the last Plex Pass version of the server (1.32.1.6999 at the time of this writing) on a docker container and am on a lifetime Plex plan.

But whichever device I use, and whatever my connexion, the plex server seems to be unable to detect my bandwidth correctly, and in the logs I’ve got :

DEBUG - [Req#b2e/Transcode] Streaming Resource: Estimated bandwidth for deviceid to be 0kbps over 20.00s

I can play the media I want and can adjust manually the quality without issues, but I’d like to understand why the streaming brain can’t detect by bandwidth accurately.

Does anyone have any pointer on this?

+1 my friend with Apple TV had to switch from automatic to a fixed data rate just so she could stream.
