is someone know compatibility about DarkCrystal HD Capture SDK Duo   with plex media server ?

if not, may i know compatibility list with video/tv capture hardware / card ?

I am not sure what you want to do with a card like that. Live TV is not (at least not yet) supported in Plex.

There is someone maintaining a version of PHT with PVR support still in there. I think they call it PlexPVR or something like that. But I can only find info about that branch inside the PHT preview release part of the Plexpass subforum (which you unfortunately do not have access to). Martin is the one maintaining it I guess. PM him and ask if the thread exists outside of the Plexpass realm as well.
