Ask your. With a friend, I share my movie library on Plex. I myself have a Plex pass, my friend does not. Now it has been possible for a few days with my friend to click on an actor in a film and then see a biography of it, as well as the films and TV series in which the actor appears. As a Plex-pass user I don’t have that option. Just to mention, we both use an nVidia Shield Pro with the latest version of Android installed. We are both with the same internet provider and both use a fiber optic network. So my question is, why can he see this information on his TV and I can’t. Does this have anything to do with a setting?
