is it possible to add a Background Music per Movie? I like that feature from the TV Shows.
And how can i stop the music playing with my apple remote?
Having music themes for each movie might be a bit much if you have a ton of movies to scroll through, and you don’t spend a lot of time looking at one movie’s info. Typically I scroll to the movie I want to watch and select it, which doesn’t leave a lot of time to hear a theme.
More useful might be an option to set music for the entire Movies section, so that while you’re scrolling through the Movies section you’re hearing theme music that you have downloaded yourself and put into a folder. Plex could rotate through these short clips (say 30 seconds?) while you’re looking through your library. Then you avoid having hundreds and hundreds (even thousands for some people) of music themes to worry about.
Now that’s a feature I could see working. And you could enable it for each section you add, so that you could set music for your home movies section, etc.

I could see how having theme music for collections could be useful. Go into a collection of Indiana Jones movies and hear the theme play. Where I think this would really be cool is in home movie collections. I could see a lot of cool possibilities there.
Better than all of that a playlist from your music library. So you can have one playlist that plays Movie Scores and audible trivia. More like in the movie theaters where they play random music while you wait for the show to start. I usually find my self waiting on the Family while they pop popcorn. A little music and audible trivia would be fun. I’m not saying specific to each movie but a more general sound option.
A slide show would be cool too.
The slideshow can be automatically generated using Library content and IMDB’s Trivia section and Pics Playlist from the Picture Library.
These features will complete the Movie Theater experience. We Already have Cinema Trailers and Pre-Roll video.
