Bandwidth chart not working & some clients are invisible while streaming

I’m having trouble with the bandwidth chart. It is completely flat line even when streaming locally or remotely.

CPU & RAM working normally but bandwidth is dead. When a friend streams from my plex, they are invisible. No logs are kept, no progress is kept, they don’t show up as a number on the activity icon and nothing is shown under ‘dashboard’ they are using an XboxOne and Chrome players. While streaming a show or movie under ‘NOW PLAYING’ ‘nothing is currently being played’. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are the clocks synchronized on the server and your client? Enable automatic sync (NTP) or similar if you can.

If the clocks are off the dashboard may be showing you the “wrong” time.

If i select 7 days or any historic tab it shows the information however selecting ‘real-time’ doesn’t have a blip.

Yes, I finally got Win 7 time client to work and the time on the server and client are now synced… what do you know… the chart has come alive!
