Becoming Santa: Audio issues

Hi, I’m trying to watch “Becoming Santa” on Plex Free On Demand but it seems like the narration track is missing. There is music, and the subtitles come on, but no audio to match the subtitles.

Anyone know what’s happening? Is this just a me problem?
