Beta release for Nvidia Shield TV?

I am running PMS on a Nvidia Shield TV and have followed the instructions to become a tester to get the beta releases of PMS: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201844613-Early-Access-Preview-Releases

However, when I go the Google Play Store and look up PMS (Beta), it only shows version 1.10.1.4602 where the Plex Pass downloads page shows the latest beta version as 1.11.0.4666.

Should I have access to 1.11.0.4666 for Nvidia Shield via the Google Play Store?

Beta updates are missing from the Play Store (the latest version for Android is 1.10.1.4602).
And the informations about tue future Android updates are missing too.

Does anyone from Plex monitor these forums? Seems like a simple question for them to answer.

you basically got your answer from goose2600:
no beta releases in the Play Store – so you depend on Plex bundling the recent beta updates into the next public release.

Shield is somehow special as it combines the PMS and the client app – however different from the actual server downloads for which you can get the beta, it appears with the Shield server being tied to the client via the Play Store you cannot have early access.

Not true - PMS is a separate app from the Plex client app (PMS is a system app that NVIDIA has baked into the ROM) - the client app is actually updating as the Beta’s come out. The PMS app is not updating in a timely manner - however, just got the 1.11.0.4666 last night. In the Shiled PMS forum, MovieFanPlex mentioned it has to do with a human interaction to get the PMS beta app pushed to the Play Store. Sounds to me like PLEX doesn’t have an internal publication process to get the beta PMS out on the Play Store.
