There’s some error with the original plex, so I uninstall the plex and the plex media server. So, after installed the plex from android tv beta, where to download the plex media server, the plex media server release announcements appear to only list the changes, no apk to download.

We don’t offer PMS for sideloading on the Shield. You need to retrieve them through the Play Store. To get the beta you need to join the beta program, then you will automatically get it through the Play Store. https://support.plex.tv/articles/201844613-early-access-beta-releases/
