Better support posts - direct from with pms or client

Just thought. Can we have an option to create forum posts to request help/support from within settings menu directly. Can it also automatically add the logs of the client or server when the request is made.

Just reading a request from someone says his server and clients don’t connect. But there is such limited information it’s impossible to help them

I don’t think that will help. People will just post logs without any content.

“Help, Plex doesn’t work. Here are my logs.”

If a user can properly describe their problem, auto uploading logs is just a plus.

How does that saying go, “Teach a man to post logs …”
