Where is the Tech Support in this Support Forum?!

Im paying for a service… Plex states these forums are their “tech support”. My issue hasnt even been commented on yet? What gives? Someone Plex, this is not how a paying customer should be treated. Please take a gander at my issue as soon as possible.
