Billing/Subscription issue

I paid $99.00 on 5 May for lifetime service with Plex server. Why am I getting a "Go premium button when I log into Plex server. I paid through PayPal for my subscription. As of now I am getting no response to my e-mail inquiy.

Your profile here doesn’t show you have a Plex Pass. Possibly you signed up under another Plex account. Contact billing with the link above. They will help you sort it out.
