Subscription not recognised

I have a really annoying issue with my Plex subscription, and while I can see lots of threads about it I cannot seem to fix it.

I have been paying for a Plex pass but have been unable to use it in a long time. When I go to Plex (on Chrome) it finds my library no problem but in the top right corner it says “Go Premium” and I am unable to stream to other devices it would seem (the whole point of the pass).

Now if I click the “Go Premium” button it takes me to a page that tells me I already have a shiny plex pass. Then if I click on the Launch button from the Plex site it seems to find my account (as all my setup users are presented) but then it cannot find the server and my media.

I am pulling what hair I have left out and need some help before I get sectioned.

Your server is either signed in to a different plex user account or not signed in at all.
Settings - Server - General
Which user name or email address does it read there?
Careful, don’t change anything yet, as this might cause you to lose your managed users.
