What's up with my account?

I signed up for PlexPass once again with the new price a few days ago. Checking my account, it says it’s activated. However my Plex Server still complains “get premium”. I’ve got no confirmation that I’ve activated the account again, and nothing has been payed through PayPal.
“Manage subscription” says I’ve got $5.95 (or whatever), but I can’t cancel the subscription either, there are no links to cancel automatic renewal.
Sent an e-mail to support a few days back, still no answer. Any hints for me?

According to this forum, you have a Plex Pass. It appears next to your name in your post. Might be elementary, but double check that you’re using the same email address here as you are on your server. If so, have you tried turning it off and on again?

Yeah, might take a reboot of the server to have it realize it has a pass now.

I’ve restarted the server on my Synology DS923+, no affect.

Do the same with your client app(s).
If you have managed users, try “Switch User” back and forth.

Don’t have managed users. I logged out and logged in again anyway.. Still no e-mail from their support.
I can download movies and watch them remotely but the Plex webbapp still bothers me “get premium”.

Which web app is that? The hosted web app or the local one?

The local one, on my NAS.

The “subscriptions” page says I have the plexpass for 5.99euro but at the same time says it’s active until 26:th of april 2025 (which obviously has passed) and I will not be billed again.

Please look what the hosted web app says. It is often more up-to date than the bundled web app.

“Get Premium”

Your account now says that your subscription has been canceled almost a month ago and has already lapsed.
I cannot check details or do anything here. The only way is to contact https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing

Wrote them several days ago so I’ll keep waiting…

Actually, it is not the server as such.
When you say “my server”, what are you actually looking at?
I assume you mean the local web app, that is available on your server’s IP.
When you open that local web app, are you actually logged into your Plex user account? Your user avatar should appear in the upper-right corner.
Does this local web app run in a web browser that is locked-down in any way or restricts accessing certain parts of the internet? (Either with the help of browser add-ins or other means like a DNS filter or firewall settings.)

Did you lately log out and back in to your Plex account in this particular browser?
(Careful: I am referring to the link that appears at the bottom of the menu when you click on your user avatar in the upper-right corner. I am NOT talking about the “Remove” button that appears under Settings - [server] - General)
