Black screen on PS4 after launching Plex

I have two PS4 consoles which both show a blank screen after launching Plex, which does not resolve after 5+ minutes of waiting.

I have removed both consoles from Authorised Devices and this has not resolved the problem.

Other players (Windows old and latest, Android mobile) are working without issue.

how has this not been fixed? I have the SAME issue

Same problem here :

  • Plex Media Server 1.18.2.2058
  • Plex PS4 2.01

Deleted PS4 app, then installed it again. Still same issue.
