Plex showing black screen after open

Player Version#: 2.01
I am getting a black screen whenever I open plex on my PS4. I’ve deleted the app, rebuilt the PlayStation database, restarted the plex server and nothing has worked.

Does anyone have any ideas for what the problem is?
