Black Screen: PS5 playback error

I’m not sure but I think this black screen stuff is part of the same issue that’s been discussed over here for ages. I just started getting the black screen, but the direct play/stream has been ongoing:

@russbgrant You can DM me the link if you like. @77leon77 The PS4 and the PS5 are very different devices, even if they’re in the same family line. You can try sending a small cut of the problematic media to me if you like. See Generating Sample Files from Media | Plex Support.
